3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• FoodBunny may suspend or terminate access if information is false, misleading, or used abusively

4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

• Menu items, pricing, offers, and availability may change without prior notice
• Orders are subject to acceptance, serviceability, restaurant availability, and operational feasibility
• FoodBunny may cancel or decline orders affected by stock issues, operational constraints, or suspected misuse

5. Deliveries

• Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, distance, or merchant preparation time
• Customers must provide a correct delivery address and reachable contact details
• Delivery partners must use the partner app responsibly and follow operational and safety requirements

6. Payments and Refund Handling

• Payments may be processed through approved third-party providers
• Charges, taxes, fees, or convenience amounts will be shown where applicable
• Refunds, replacements, or credits are handled according to the issue type and the Return Policy

7. Prohibited Conduct
