This Privacy Policy explains how FoodBunny collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, customer-facing services, partner tools, and the Food Bunny Delivery Partner mobile app.

2. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
We may collect names, mobile numbers, email addresses, delivery or business addresses, profile photos, account identifiers, and role-specific profile details.
Order and operational information
We process orders, assignment history, support interactions, availability status, delivery progress, and related transaction or payout records.
Device and technical information
We may collect device type, OS version, app version, device identifiers, IP address, log data, and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
Notification identifiers
We use push-notification tokens, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, so we can send account, order, and delivery alerts.
3. Delivery Partner App Data
The Food Bunny Delivery Partner app may collect and process the following information when a delivery partner signs in or uses delivery features:
- Name, phone number, email address, profile details, and delivery partner account identifiers
- Authentication and session data, including access or refresh session tokens stored on the device
- Exact or approximate location data collected from the device while the app is in use for delivery operations
- Live location updates, timestamps, heading, speed, and accuracy metadata used to update dispatch and delivery status
- Push notification token data used for assignment alerts, order-ready alerts, and service updates
- Saved preferences, availability status, order handling preferences, and support settings
- Remember-me login data if the delivery partner chooses to store credentials locally on the device
Location use
Delivery partner location is used to assign orders, calculate delivery progress, support live order tracking, improve ETA accuracy, and help FoodBunny operations monitor active deliveries. Location collection may continue while a delivery partner is actively using the app for delivery work and related dispatch tasks.
4. Permissions We Request
Depending on the service or app you use, FoodBunny may request permissions such as:
- Location: to support address selection, order tracking, delivery dispatch, and delivery partner route updates
- Notifications: to send order alerts, account notices, and service messages
- Background or battery settings prompts: to help delivery alerts arrive reliably on supported devices
You can manage most permissions through your device or browser settings, although some features may stop working properly if permission is disabled.
5. How We Use Information
- Create, authenticate, and manage user, vendor, and delivery partner accounts
- Process orders, deliveries, payouts, refunds, and operational workflows
- Send order updates, assignment alerts, support replies, and essential service notifications
- Show relevant order, delivery, and account information to the right parties
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and service misuse
- Monitor app reliability, debug issues, and improve performance
- Meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and safety obligations
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed for service delivery, business operations, or legal compliance.
- Restaurants or vendors: order details, customer details, and fulfillment-related information
- Delivery partners: customer delivery details and contact information needed to complete orders
- Customers and merchants during active delivery: delivery partner name, delivery status, and delivery-tracking related location information as needed
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, messaging, support, mapping, and infrastructure providers

7. Local Storage and Device Data
FoodBunny apps may store limited information locally on the device for sign-in continuity, preferences, and service reliability.
- Session tokens and login state
- Push notification token values
- Saved app preferences and delivery settings
- Saved credentials where a remember-me feature is explicitly enabled by the user
8. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the service, satisfy contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
